THQM is an integrated approach of Quality Assurance with COPC framework and Six Sigma tools. It key ingredients are -

THQM is integration of these elements defined within a COPC framework and Six Sigma tools, implemented in the areas of Process Design, Process Control and Process Improvement. These two frameworks (COPC and Six Sigma) are complementary to each other.
