At Medixperts, Quality is a differentiator. Medixperts is recognized in the industry for its stringent quality initiatives. At medixperts, we adopt an integration of various frameworks (Six Sigma, COPC and TQM), to evolve a novel quality program - THQM (Total Healthcare Quality Management).

Medixperts is Six Sigma compliant with innovative process designs and reengineering, and is competing for COPC certification in near future. We have started this initiative with implementing THQM framework at our delivery center, to accomplish 100% quality Assurance.

We believe in the Top-down change approach. Our management and leaders at all levels have undergone training on Six Sigma and thus we achieve high Qaulity at grass root level.
