After the initial dialog, we shall send you a questionnaire and based on your requirements, we shall give you a suitable proposal to you, within a week. Once the proposal is accepted in principle, we appoint an ‘on-shore' Account Manager for your account. This account manager will be single point of contact for you. The next stage is the Transition setup where your account manager will be responsible for all communication regarding delivery, performance and quality evaluation.
