A: We handle all insurance companies. Most commercial insurance companies, as well as Medicare, Medicaid and BC/BS, accept electronic claims. However, there are still some companies that are not set up to receive electronic submissions. In these cases the claim will be sent on paper.

Q: Will you need to take any patient data out of my office?

A: Patient data will never leave your office. We use secure Virtual Private Network (VPN) to connect to your office and work through that. Any information we need, we would contact your office manager and request it by either fax or phone. Only information that is pertinent to filing the claim is necessary. All patient information is kept in the strictest of confidentiality and is only used for billing purposes. We will only have access to what you give us access to.
